It was only a tire repair but they did it quickly and efficiently. And they filed all the paperwork for my Road Hazard Claim, too!

They were also effective at using text messaging to send me detailed estimates and answer my follow-up questions. The service I received from Guy's was great from beginning to end. I dealt with Kurt the entire time, except when I picked up my car. He was prompt and forthcoming in his communication with me, from my initial scheduling phone call, through his updates and up to the "your car is ready" call. The price for the parts and labor was reasonable, and the checkout process was efficient. (I didn't catch the name of the gent who took my payment, but he was easy to talk to and amiable.) All in all, I'd trust my car with Guy's again, and I feel confident that everyone was on the up and up with me throughout my entire transaction.
