My first time using you guys, after glowing recommendation from my in laws Janet and Rene Boubede. Worked with Glenn did a great job analyzing the situation. My only dissappointment was didn't know about the additional charge for extra part that was broken during the repair. Got sticker shock which is never fun. Spent more money than I anticipated or budgeted. One question after looking at repair history. Says did not include alignment. Is that a problem with the type of work done ? Was never mentioned to me. Please advise.

Guy has been taking care of all my auto repairs for the past 20 years. Wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

I've been going to Guy's for years. I can always trust that my car will be serviced correctly. There are never any surprises when I pick up my car. If they find anything unexpected, I get a phone call, so I always know what the bill will be when I pick up my car. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a great car repair shop.

Very friendly and professional people! Kinda pricey but who isnt lol.

I had gone to firestone to have them do an overall maintenance check and they gave me a laundry list of things needed to be fixed THAT DAY OR ELSE, so I took it to Guy’s to get a second opinion and they were able to fix my starter for a better price than anywhere else and we’re able to tell me what I needed to fix for the future and what could wait a little bit (I am a college student so it helped financially not having to drop a big hunk of change in a day). Mr. Glen was so nice and helpful in explaining everything to me and I will definitely be back for all of my other car related issues!

Brought car in to check light on dash. Told needed alternator replaced. Not charging battery. Always honest, professional and work done correctly first time. Never try to oversell.
