I could bring the car in the next day, unlike the VW dealership who said I had to wait two weeks. It is in the upper 90s in New Orleans. Two hours after I brought the car in I received a phone call saying they had determined a leak in the A/C. It is running cold; when the AC starts running warm I should bring the car back in and they can determine where the leak is and fix it. I do not think I was overcharged. Kay Murphy

Guy’s is an excellent auto repair shop. They are knowledgable, professional, competent, honest, and respectful. They expedite their services and are available to talk about repairs. They even dona little extra like cleaning up the car without charge, The labor charges are fair and less than what the dealer chsrgrs. I am happy to know I can trust Guy’s with my aging Audi Allroard.

Brought car in around 8AM. Did routine 72000 mi service, including multiple filter replacements, fluid replacements, transmission servicing, tire repair and rotations. Called when work completed Picked up my car before 2 PM. Work and cost completely satisfactory. A place you can trust.

Wouldn’t take my car to anyone else!!! They let u know if they can fix it. They call you and let u know how much it will cost before they start working on your car. They or the best!!!
