A/C went out on my Mini Cooper at the worst possible time during this heat wave. Compressor failure. To complicate things, there are no Mini Cooper dealerships in Louisiana anymore. Called “Guy’s” and they took care of me. A/C working great again.

FANTASTIC service. I needed a pre-purchase inspection of a preowned car and they walked me through everything and provided me with the quotes to take to the dealership to help with my negotiations. They were extremely respectful, which is often not the case when a woman goes to a car mechanic.

They answered all my questions and explained everything that was wrong with my car, even though I didn't understand it all; but they were very patient with me!
