I had this problem when I went to other shops, but not at Guy's. Glen, the service manager, has excellent communication skills, which you don't find in other shops.

I have been going to Guy's for a few years and I have never had any problems. I have left my car there several times and it has been fixed in 1 or 2 days. The price is always reasonable and the guys are very nice. I would absolutely recommend them.
